Author talk:Aeschylus

There are various translations of Aeschylus's works. The Orestia alone has more than a dozen - w:The_Oresteia#Translations. How do we proceed? I've uploaded translations by Morshead, whose translation work is PD-old. For others whose translations are also PD-old, I would suggest creating a page for the work with links to subpages for each different translation. Thoughts? - Mtmelendez 21:48, 24 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I was just starting to notice that myself, because I think our Agamemmnon is by a different translator than our Orestia (Can we get Morheads' Furies uploaded?). I think we should look at moving these works to The Oresteia (Morshead) and such, and then providing links to each of the different translations. I think we can get Morshead's. Right, let's start out at at Author:Aeschylus, finding links to various versions of translations and providing links. Once enough are found, we can start the pages on individual works, posting the links to different translations, and start creating subpages. I'll start out later today. - Mtmelendez 22:02, 24 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
