Sanitary Skirt Protectors
These protectors have many salient features which give to the wearer a large measure of comfort and satisfaction. They are waterproof, odorless, pliable as fine linen. Linen-mesh top affords good ventilation. Durable, will launder easily. The vogue of the narrow skirt makes the wearing of heavy undergarments impractical. Hence, this garment is doubly necessary. It is designed to protect the skirt from soil and give a smooth and even surface over which the skirt may lie, and be protected from wrinkles; is worn as an under apron at the back over the corset. Made in one length only.
Style No. 1 is made of rubberized cloth with linen-mesh top. Illustration on this page shows style No 1.
Style No. 2 is made of rubberized satin, trimmed with very fine imported Valenciennes lace all the way around: otherwise, the same as style No 1.
