Public Law 100-403 100th Congress An Act To amend the Temporary Child Care for Handicapped Children and Crisis Nurseries Act of 1986 to extend through the fiscal year 1989 the authorities contained in such Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY CHILD CARE FOR HANDICAPPED CHILDREN AND CRISIS NURSERIES ACT OF 1986.
Section 206 of the Temporary Child Care for Handicapped Children and Crisis Nurseries Act of 1986 (42 U.S.C. 5117d) is amended— (1) by striking "and" in the first sentence and inserting a comma; and (2) by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: ", and 1989.". Approved August 19, 1988.
