Granting the consent of Congress to the compact entered into between the State of North Carolina and the State of South Carolina establishing the Lake Wylie Marine Commission. National Forest and Public Lands of Nevada Enhancement Act of 1988. To amend the Toxic Substances Control Act to assist States in responding to the threat to human health posed by exposure to radon.
