(a) There is established in the Treasury of the United 2 USC 68-7. States a revolving fund within the contingent fund of the Senate to be known as the "Senate Office of Public Records Revolving Fund" Giereafter in this section referred to as the "revolving fund"). (b) All moneys received on and after October 1, 1989, by the Senate Office of Public Records from fees and other charges for services shall be deposited to the credit of the revolving fund. Moneys in the revolving fund shall be available without fiscal year limitation for disbursement by the Secretary of the Senate for use in connection with the operation of the Senate Office of Public Records, including supplies, equipment, and other expenses. (c) Disbursements from the revolving fund shall be made upon vouchers approved by the Secretary of the Senate. (d) The Secretary of the Senate is authorized to prescribe such Regulations, regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this section. (e) To provide capital for the revolving fund, the Secretary of the Senate is authorized to transfer, from moneys appropriated for fiscal year 1990 to the account "Miscellaneous Items" in the contingent fund of the Senate, to the revolving fund such sum as he may determine necessary, not to exceed $30,000. MILEAGE OF MEMBERS For milesige of Members, as authorized by law, $210,000. SALARIES AND EXPENSES For salaries and expenses of the House of Representatives, $536,907,000, as follows: HOUSE LEADERSHIP OFFICES For salaries and expenses, as authorized by law, $4,409,000, including: Office of the Speaker, $1,019,000, including $25,000 for official expenses of the Speaker; Office of the Majority Floor Leader, $940,000, including $10,000 for official expenses of the Majority Leader; Office of the Minority Floor Leader, $1,041,000, including $10,000 for official expenses of the Minority Leader; Office of the Majority Whip, $755,000, including $5,000 for official expenses of the Majority Whip and not to exceed $166,560, for the Chief Deputy Majority Whip; Office of the Minority Whip, $654,000, including $5,000 for official expenses of the Minority Whip and not to exceed $84,060, for the Chief Deputy Minority Whip.
