Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 8077(d) of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 25 USC 1301 1991 (Public Law 101-511), is amended by deleting "September 30, note. 1991" and inserting in lieu thereof "October 18, 1991".
