(5) Section 131(c)(3) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Cor- 12 USC 1813. poration Improvement Act of 1991 is amenaed by striking "adding at the end" and inserting "inserting after subsection (x)". (6) Section 133(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Cor- 12 USC 191. poration Improvement Act of 1991 is amended by striking "Section 1 of the Act of June 30, 1876" and inserting "llie 1st section of the Act entitled 'An Act authorizing the appointment of receivers of national banking associations, ana for other purposes.' and approved June 30, 1876". (7) The Act entitled "An Act authorizing the appointment of receivers of national banking associations, ana for other purposes." and approved June 30, 1876 (as amended by section 133(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act of 1991) is amended— 12 USC 191. (A) by redesignating section 1 as section 2 and by inserting after the enacting clause the following new section: National Bank "SECTION 1.
