GOVERNMENT PAYMENT FOR ANNUITANTS, EMPLOYEE LIFE INSURANCE For payment of Government contributions with respect to employees retiring after December 31, 1989, as required by chapter 87 of title 5, United States Code, $19,159,000, to remain available until expended.
