Effective with respect to articles entered, or wlthdravm from warehouse for consumption, on or after July 15. 1996: Siibchapter IV of chapter 99 of the HTS Is modified by: (a), deleting subheadings 9904.02.18 through 9904.02.26, Inclusive, and the superior text "Other than processed and the product of the European Community (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, the Federal Republic of Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom):" Immediately prior to subheading 9904.02.18.
