CONCURRENT RESOLUTION ON THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001. (a) DECLARATION.— Congress declares that the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2000 is hereby revised and replaced and that this is the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2001 and that the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2002 through 2005 are hereby set forth.
