CHAPTER 2 DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION USA PATRIOT ACT ACTIVITIES For emergency expenses to respond to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, for "Patriot Act Activities", $5,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be obligated from amounts made available in Public Law 107-38, of which up to $2,000,000 may be available for a feasibility report, as authorized by section 405 of Public Law 107-56: Provided, That funding for the implementation of such enhancements shall be treated as a reprogramming under section 605 of Public Law 107-77 and shall not be available for obligation or expenditure except in compliance with the procedures set forth in that section. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND APPEALS For emergency expenses to respond to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, for "Administrative Review and Appeals", $3,500,000, to remain available until expended, to be obligated from amounts made available in Public Law 107- 38. SALARIES AND EXPENSES, UNITED STATES MARSHALS SERVICE For emergency expenses to respond to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, for "Salaries and Expenses, United States Marshals Service", $10,200,000, to remain available until expended, to be obligated from amounts made available in Public Law 107-38, of which $5,000,000 shall be for courthouse security equipment.
