Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ,$Yazes of America in Congress assembled, That under the provisions of the tension 4,,, pension laws of the United Snaces the Secretary of the Interior be, and €9*hMi¤¤ he is hereby, required to place upon the pension roll the name of Cunha- O C°"""S‘ rinc O’Conncrs, widow of Timothy O’C0nuers, deceased, late a private in company C, of the thirty-third regiment of Massachusetts volunteers, who died on the eighth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, leaving surviving said widow and issue, four children, to wit: Susan, born November third, eighteen hundred and fifty; Margaret, born March seventeenth, eighteen hundred and fifty-three; Mary, born July fourth, eighteen hundred and fifty-five; and Timothy, born January first, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine; and that she be paid the pension during her widowhood, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to begin on the eighth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, beside the sum allowed for minor children under the age of sixteen years, under existing laws. Rudigan, born November eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty; and that she be paid during her widowhood a pension, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on gba first day of July, anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty- ve.
