Chap. 788.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nathan C. D. Bond.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nathan C. D. Bond, late of Company E, Third Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin T. Martin, late of Company K, Twelfth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Shaw, late colonel Seventh Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

McCardell, late of Company I, First Regiment Maryland Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
