CHAP. 246.-An Act To provide for the reclamation of the United States Military Resemoon, Fort De Busy, Hooonuu, Hmm, iP¤*>¤¤· N¤~ 4**-1 Be it enacted b the Senate and House of Re esentati/ves of the United States of i{1mev·z2·a in 0'mngreas aaaemble¢£rThat such portion ,,r$$f*D° R"“"’H°'* of the United States Military Reservation, Fort De Russy, Honolulu, Hawaii, as is low, marshy, or insanitary shall be filled in and raised 1¤¤<1¤¤ir¤¤crv¤¢i¤¤· to the grade of other marshlands now in process of reclamation by the Territory of Hawaii in the immediate vicinity of sand reservation, and for this purpose there_1s hereby authorized to be expended under the direction or supervision of the Secretary of War a sum not to exceed $100,000.
