Be it eTMcted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Anthony N. Goraieb shall be considered to have been registered on the waiting list for intending immigrants for the quota for Lebanon as of April 17, 1946, the date on which American consular officers abroad were authorized to resume registration of intending immigrants. AN ACT For the relief of Joseph Robin Groninger.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of AmeHca in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Joseph Robin Groninger shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropirate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mr. and Mrs. Hendrik Van der Tuin shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act upon payment of the required visa fees. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct two numbers from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
