the expenses of vocational training of prisoners, both amounts to be available for services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, -^Q^Q ^5 U.S.C. 55a), and to be computed on an accrual basis and to be determined in accordance with the corporation's prescribed accounting system in effect on July 1, 1946, and shall be exclusive of depreciation, payment of claims, expenditures which the said accounting system requires to be capitalized or charged to cost of commodities acquired or produced, including selling and shipping expenses, and expenses in connection with acquisition, construction, operation, maintenance, improvement, protection, or disposition of facilities and other property belonging to the corporation or in which it has an interest. Be it enacted by the Senate arid House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 6 of the j^Q^^ Qf ^.ugust 7, 1946, as amended, is further amended by striking out "1959" and inserting in lieu thereof "1961". Approved July 13, 1959.

To designate the bridge to be constructed over the Potomac River near Fourteenth Street in the District of Columbia, under the Act of July 16, 1946, as the George Mason Memorial Bridge, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the G e o r g e Mason Memo r i a l Bridge United States of America in Congress assembled, That the bridge to be DTC. " " ' constructed over the Potomac River from a point near Fourteenth onstruct on. gtrcct in the District of Columbia to a point in Virginia, under authority of the Act entitled "An Act authorizing and directing the Commissioners of the District of Columbia to construct two four-lane bridges to replace the existing Fourteenth Street or Highway Bridge across the Potomac River, and for other purposes", approved July 16, 1946 (60 Stat. 566), shall be known and designated as the "George Mason Memorial Bridge". Any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States in which such bridge is referred to shall be held to refer to such bridge as the "George Mason Memorial Bridge". SEC. 2. The Commissioners of the District of Columbia shall— (1) place on the George Mason Memorial Bridge a name plaque of suitable and appropriate design; and
