AN ACT To encourage and stimulate the production and conservation of coal in the United States through research and development by authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to contract for coal research, and for other purposes - Antarctica expedition, medals. AN ACT To provide for the presentation of a medal to persons who have served as m e m bers of a United States expedition to Antarctica _ Department of Defense Appropriation Act, 1961. AN ACT Making appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1961, and for other purposes. Massachusetts Port Authority, conveyance. AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to transfer to the Massachusetts P o r t Authority, a n instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, certain lands and improvements thereon comprising a portion of the so-called E Street Annex, South Boston Annex, Boston Naval Shipyard, in South Boston, Massachusetts, in exchange for certain other lands _ Armed Forces, reserve components. AN ACT To amend title 10, United States Code, with respect to the procedure for ordering certain members of the reserve components to active d u t y and the requirements for physical examination of members of the reserve components, and for other purposes - Civil Service Retirement Act, amendments.
