Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Marie del United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Carmen Bermudez. istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Marie del Carmen J^ermudcz may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 1 0 1 (b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her g^ul'c^ii^o?.' behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Arsenio Bermudez, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural ^ ^^^ ^^5*brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. App. 33) with respect to the filing 60 Stat. 925. of claims for the return of property pursuant to Section 32 of such Act (50 LT.S.C. App. 32), any notice of claim filed under such Act by 60 Stat. 50. Henry P. I^eonhardy of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Federal Republic of Germany, within one month of the enactment of this Act shall be deemed to be timely filed. Approved November 2, 1966.
