Be it enacted by the Senate and House of EepTeaentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Alfredo Hernandez shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of October 7, 1960. Approved October 3, 1966.
