Tsifutis. Tsifutis shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of June 25, 19.56, and the periods of time that the said Doctor Argyrios A. Tsifutis has resided in the United States since that time shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
