Public Law 94-100 94th Congress Joint Resolution To extend by two months the expiration date of the Defense Production Act of 1950 and to extend the funding of the National Commission on Productivity and Work Quality for two months.
ResoVoed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the first sentence of section 717(a) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 is amended by striking out "September 30, 1975" and inserting in lieu thereof "November 30, 1975". SEC. 2. The last sentence of subsection (j) of Public Law 93-311 is amended by striking out "September 30, 1975" and inserting in lieu thereof "November 30, 1975". Approved October 1, 1975.
