And be it further enacted, That the town of Chelsea, in Chelsea, Mass. the State of Massachusetts, shall be attached to and made part of the a€*°°h;dC;° Ellsport of entry and collection district of Boston and Charlestown, in the M °s` State of Massachusetts, as now existing by law, and goods imported into the port of Boston and Charlestown, and destined for the port of Chelsea, may be landed and warehoused under the provisions of the warehousing act of sixth of August, eighteen hundred and forty-six, at 1846,e1i.84. Chelsea, under the custody and control of the collector of Boston and Charlestown, and the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint an inspector of customs for said port of Chelsea.
