Las Vegas Valley Water District, termination of grant authority. AN ACT To terminate the authority to make grants to the Las Vegas Valley Water District under the Act of August 27, 1954 Harley O. Staggers Federal Building, designation. AN ACT To designate the building known as the Federal Building in Morgantown, West Virginia, as the "Harley O. Staggers Federal Building'^ National Aquaculture Act of 1980. AN ACT To provide for the development of aquaculture in the United States, and for other purposes Indians, restricted lands, transfer. AN ACT To permit any Indian to transfer by will restricted lands of such Indian to his or her heirs or lineal descendants, and other Indian persons Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980.
