Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the first sentence of Defense section 717(a) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. l^'^lf ^"^ 2166(a)) is amended by striking out "January 28, 1980" and inserting amendment in lieu thereof "March 28, ISSO*'. Approved January 28, 1980.
