-p^ designate the Federal Building-United States Courthouse in Sacramento, California, the "John E. Moss Federal Building-United States Courthouse".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Federal Building-United States Courthouse, 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, California, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "John E. Moss Federal Building-United States Courthouse". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be held to be a reference to the "John E. Moss Federal Building-United States Courthouse". Approved December 18, 1980.
