This template should be merged to Template:Long s and all its uses replaced by a bot; that is, replace {{s|2}} with {{ls|d}} and {{s}} / {{s|1}} with {{ls}}. {{Long s}} predates this template and is much more widely used. Any objections? —Spangineer (háblame) 21:17, 8 March 2011 (UTC)
- Alternatively, it could be instead be kept as a redirect. Template:Long s maintains backward compatibility with this template by allowing "2" to be used as a parameter to generate the descending long s. —Spangineer (háblame) 21:41, 8 March 2011 (UTC)
