- I assume the answer is no. Please provide the url, perhaps on the talk page. Without confirmation the text is likely to be deleted as a possible copyright violation, determining whether it is PD may be simple or complex. You might ask them. Cygnis insignis (talk) 19:55, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
I'd much rather not delete these, as they do seem to me to be in the public domain. If you carefully re-read the above, you will find that Cygnis insignis has not contested the copyright status of the work; he has merely asked that you post the url that you copied the text from, onto the talk page of each document. Are you able to do this?
I'll remove the speedy delete tags for now. They can still be deleted if necessary; come to my talk page some time and we'll figure out a way forward.

- You don't need to do anything. The ball is in Cygnis' court. He asked for the source; an url has now been provided. If he still had doubts about the copyright status of that work, he may ask further questions; or he might start a discussion at Wikisource:Possible copyright violations.
