Geo_Swan (talkcontribs)

Geo_Swan migrated to Wikisource as a place to host Department of Defense documents related to the extrajudicial detentions in the War on Terror over a year ago. With nearly a thousand edits to WS, I haven't seen a single questionable judgment call - he deals almost exclusively in Department of Defense documents and using them as sources in corresponding WP articles - and has single-handedly created Wikisource:Guantanamo as one of the greatest online repositories of this information. I have no qualms about his continued vigilance if given Admin tools, and think it could only help the project to have such a dedicated presence.   The requirements for a vote of confidence are met below; the user's continued access will be decided by a simple majority of established voters.
So will you be more or less active in 2016? (Just asking as I am not sure if this message and the one on your talk page are aligned).— Mpaa (talk) 18:37, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
