I would like to nominate Phe to be an administrator for English Wikisource. With an edit count of >>200,000 within WMF, he definitely knows his way around, and here he is already demonstrating his passion for geology, and with so many edits can clearly demonstrate that he is part of our bedrock (droll!). Comment Not going to !vote here, but on a general basis I think 3/5 years without activity is way too long to retain advanced permissions. I understand the inclination on enwp where RFA tends to look like something Dante and Kafka cooked up after a three-day bender, but since the process to get the bit is actually sane here, removing it after some reasonably short interval should be no big deal.
