Said to have been a great associate with the poet Martial, who, in many places, highly extols her for beauty, learning, and eminent virtues: of her poetic writings, Balæus mentions a book of Epigrams, Elegy on her Husband's Death, and other verses om various subjects; besides which, she is said to have written many things in prose.
