Williams, James, s. John, of Llansadwrn, Isle of Anglesea, cler. Jesus Coll., matric. 20 March, 1807, aged 17; scholar until 1813, B.A. 1810, M.A. 1813, fellow 1813-22, B.D. 1820, rector of Llanddeusant, etc., Anglesey, 1821, chancellor and hon. canon of Bangor 1851, until his death 14 March, 1872.
