In vicinity of New York, I can find one "Agnes Louise Carter". Attended Vassar College for Women in early 1860s, and year books states that she was born in Waltham. MA, and married Andrew Davies in 1876 and moved to Indiana. Agnes Davies dies in Elkhart, Indianam 13 Sep 1915, being born 15 Dec 1845. Death certificate lists her as being a housewife.
