Graduate Temple University’s School of Law in Philadelphia in 1975. Member of the bar in Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Admitted to the bar of Federal Courts in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, the Eastern District of Virginia, the Western District of Virginia, the Circuit Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fourth, and District of Columbia Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
