Carey  v.  South Dakota

 Argued: April 29, 1919. --- Decided: May 19, 1919

W. E. Carey was prosecuted by the State of South Dakota for shipping game birds.

Judgment of conviction was affirmed by the Supreme Court of the state (39 S. D. 524, 165 N. W. 539), and defendant brings error.

Affirmed.
