Could the translations re-licensed or should it be under the original text terms? I think we cannot translate any non-free text for the same resoan, but can we re-license it the free one?--OsamaK (talk) 14:59, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, a translation of a public-domain work can be copyrighted and licensed. Whether a licensed work can be translated and relicensed depends on the terms of the license. —Pathoschild 17:35:21, 09 November 2008 (UTC)
