This hymn is the official hymn of the navies of several English-speaking countries. It is therefore known by several names, such as the "Hymn of Her Majesty's Armed Forces", the "Royal Navy Hymn", the "United States Navy Hymn", or simply "The Navy Hymn". It is also sometimes referred to as "For Those in Peril on the Sea."
