It is hereby ordered that the following islands be added to the military reservations on Batan Island, Luzon, and on the Island of Cacraray, Albay Province, Philippine Islands, as declared by Executive Order of March 10, 1906 (G. O. No. 60, War Department, March 23, 1906), and enlarged by Executive Order of August 14, 1908 (G. O. No. 142, War Department, September 1, 1908), viz:


1.—Mango Island, which is a small island lying in Cacraray Pass between Batan and Cacraray Islands, situated north of Sauras Point on Batan Island, and distant about 300 meters therefrom, as shown on Coast & Geodetic Survey Chart No. 4221, May, 1908. Said Island is about 625 meters in length and has an average width of 200 meters, containing 12.5 hectares, more or less.


2.—Nagtagan Islands, a small group of three islands, lying in Cacraray Pass, between Batan and Cacraray Islands, southwest of the barrio of Mancao, Batan Island, and distant about 1100 meters therefrom. The islands are approximately circular, the largest being approximately 175 meters in diameter, the second about 50 meters in diameter, and the third about 10 meters in diameter, as shown on Coast & Geodetic Survey Chart No. 4221, dated May, 1908, and containing respectively 24000, 2000, and 80 square meters.
