Rule VI is hereby amended by inserting after section 57 thereof the following as an additional section, to be numbered an section 58, the succeeding sections to be renumbered accordingly:

Not exceeding one clerk who shall act as private secretary or confidential clerk to the superintendent of the Government Hospital for the Insane.
