Executive Order 1539

It is hereby ordered that the SW. ¼ of the NE. ¼, the SE. ¼ of the NW. ¼, the NW. ¼ of the SE. ¼, and the NE. ¼ of the SW. ¼ of sec. 8, and the S. ½ of the SW. ¼ of sec. 9, T. 11 S., R. 19 W. of the Salt Lake meridian, in the county of Tooele, State of Utah, be, and the same are hereby, reserved from settlement, entry, sale, or other disposal and set aside for school, agency, and other necessary uses for the benefit of Indians on the public domain in the State of Utah, subject, however, to any valid existing rights of any persons thereto.
