Executive Order 1624
Schedule A, Subdivision VII, paragraph 4, of the civil-service rules is hereby amended to rend as follows:
- All employees on star routes and in post offices of the third and fourth classes, other than postmasters of the fourth class, except those in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Porto Rico, and Samoa.
