Executive Order 2764

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 4, 1897 (30 Stat., 11, 34-36), and on the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, it is hereby ordered that the boundaries of the Harney National Forest, as modified by Executive order of April 29, 1912, be further modified by excluding therefrom the following described land in the State of South Dakota:

In T. 5 S., R. 4 E., SW. ¼, SW. ¼, SE. ¼, SE. ¼, and SE. ¼, SE. ¼, SW. ¼, SE. ¼, Sec. 14, Black Hills meridian.
