Executive Order 298
Schedule A of the civil service rules is hereby amended by striking out paragraphs 4 and 5 of Section VI, relating to the Department of the Interior, which are as follows:
- Special agents employed, as necessity for their employment may arise, for the purpose of protecting public lands.
- Inspectors of surveyors-general and district land offices.
The succeeding paragraphs will be renumbered accordingly.
