Executive Order 582
Mr. P. J. Hughes, who was separated from the Isthmian Canal Service on account of ill health and whose case is regarded by the Isthmian Canal Commission as particularly meritorious and deserving, may be reinstated and transferred as a clerk to the War Department or one of its field branches.
