Executive Order 645

The Executive Order of April 11, 1902 (General Orders, No. 38, Headquarters of the Army, Adjutant General's Office, April 17, 1902), as modified by Executive Order of March 14, 1904 (General Orders, No. 50, War Department, March 25, 1904), reserving for military purposes certain lands at the entrance to Manila Bay, Luzon, Philippine Islands, is further modified, so far as relates to the reservation on the north side of the entrance to Manila Bay, in the province of Bataan, Luzon (Mariveles Reservation), so as to exclude therefrom the lands claimed by the Manila Navigation Company, which lands are included within metes and bounds described as follows:

The initial point is designated as Station "O" on map of survey of claim of the Manila Navigation Company, made April 10, 1907, by W. C. Bunnel, junior engineer, under the direction of Major John Millis, Corps of Engineers, and is marked by an iron pipe at the S. E. corner of the property, from which pipe Corregidor Island Light bears S. 57° 00′ E. (magnetic) and Monja Island S. 26° 57′ E. (magnetic); is located from Stone Monument, Station "A" of Mariveles Reservation, as described in G. O., No. 147, War Department, Washington, Sept. 8, 1904, by the following courses: From center of Monument S. 70° 16′ 30″ E. (true) 410.7 feet to a cross cut in large rock and marked "B" on rock and drawing, this cross being 17.2 feet south of the point of Monte Parca, with Corregidor Island Light bearing S. 56° 12′ 30″ E. (true) and Monja Island S. 26° 51′ 20″ E. (true); from point "B" N. 59° 14′ 30″ E. (true), 755.165 feet to above initial point.

Beginning at Station "O," said initial point; thence N. 8° 57′ 30″ E. (true), 66.768 feet to an iron pipe, Station 1; thence N. 14° 09′ 00″ W. (true), 148.629 feet to Station 2; thence N. 36° 22′ 00″ W. (true), 148.301 feet to Station 3; thence S. 80° 00′ 20″ W. (true), 264.284 feet to an iron pipe, Station 4; thence S. 18° 32′ 00″ W. (true), 633.101 feet to an iron pipe, Station 5; thence N. 61° 13′ 00″ E. (true), 656.15 feet to point of beginning.
