Description
English: U87 and U251 cells were stimulated with IL-1 (A) or IL-1±IFNγ (B) and cells were harvested at indicated time points (min) for western blot. Blots were incubated with antibody to pStat3, total Stat3, as well as β-actin. Both cultures showed Stat3 phosphorylation reaching maximal at 60 min post IL-1 stimulation.
