English: THE ASULKAN GLACIER FROM MT. AVALANCHE The entire series represents a hanging Piedmont glacier in a state of decadence, the four right-hand components having separated into small Alpine glaciers. The three left-hand components are still united, forming the Asulkan Glacier, but have started to separate.
