Summary

Note. To fit within the 100MB file upload limit of Commons, it was necessary to apply lossy compression when creating the DjVu version of the attached file from the 168MB source PDF. The file was created by the pdf2djvu tool with the parameter --loss-level=40. The use of lossy compression settings in the creation of DjVu files from scanned sources is known to cause inaccuracies in the resulting images in at least some cases. If the 100MB upload limit on Commons is raised in the future, this version of the file should be replaced with a new version prepared using lossless or minimally lossy DjVu compression (--loss-level=0 or 1).
