(Disregard this suggestion; unfortunately, the Constitution Society has generally not chosen to digitize Part 2 of any of the volumes of the Statutes of Large that they host. What they label "Volume 33" is really just Volume 33, Part 1 (with a few pages tacked on at the end for Presidential proclamations) and doesn’t include the pages we have found with the missing sidenotes.Tarmstro99 15:14, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
