Bicycle Patrolman Kahrar Dead. Bicycle Patrolman Conrad Kahrar of the Sixth Police precinct, died Tuesday afternoon at his home, 77 Carleton Avenue, after a lingering illness. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence. Patrolman Kahrar was ... seven years ago and did ... Jersey Heights most of the time. About a year ago he caught cold and pulmonary trouble developed. Several months ago Kahrar was compelled to go on the sick list. He remained at his home several weeks and again reported for duty, but became so ill that he requested another leave of absence. There will be a detail of patrolmen from the Sixth Precinct at the funeral. Reverend E.A. Meury of the Second Reformed Church will conduct services.
