CHAPTER 18254--(No. 548).

HOUSE BILL NO. 1264

AN ACT to Designate and Establish a Certain Road in Brevard County, Florida, as a part of the System of the State Roads of the State of Florida.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

Section 1. There is hereby designated and established a state road to be and become a part of the system of state highways of the State of Florida, a certain road designated as:

Beginning at the south end of State Road No. 206 at Georgianna, Brevard County, Florida, on Merritt Island; thence in a general southerly direction to the intersection of State Road No. 101, near Eau Gallie Beach, following in a general direction the present county road where practicable, or along the most practicable route from Georgianna to Eau Gallie Beach.

Section 2. All laws and parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act be and the same are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its becoming a law.
